1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Caree website and platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

Caree is a private sale finance marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles and other assets with finance options. The Service includes:

• Creation of finance-enabled seller links for private sale listings
• A marketplace for browsing listings with indicative repayment estimates
• Pre-qualification and finance application tools
• Repayment calculators and informational content

Caree is a technology platform powered by Braid Finance Pty Ltd (ABN 80 638 771 007, ACL #536690). All credit assistance is provided directly by Braid Finance under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). Caree itself does not provide credit.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of an eligible visa. For business finance products, you must hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN). You must provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service. Providing false or misleading information may result in your access being terminated.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

5. Conflicts of Interest

Braid Finance may receive commissions from credit providers when a loan settles. These are disclosed in the Credit Proposal document provided before you apply. See our Credit Guide for details. Braid Finance is an insurance distributor for AAI Limited t/a Suncorp.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• All repayment estimates displayed on the platform are indicative only and do not constitute an offer of credit.
• Caree does not guarantee approval of any finance application.
• Caree is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on information provided.
• Caree does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, seller information, or third-party content on the platform.
• Caree is not a party to any sale or purchase transaction between buyers and sellers.

7. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not create false or misleading listings
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service
• Not scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
